Synopsis: (continued from ST #133)

Dr. Strange is back on Earth, and he immediately goes into hiding in civilian attire to keep away from Mordo. He sends his astral projection to visit the Ancient One, who is still in a coma. The Ancient One's caretaker informs him that the old mystic has been uttering the word "Eternity" while asleep. Dr. Strange must find out what this means, and he combs through his master's books to find the answer. A spirit wraith finds him and alerts Mordo, who takes after him. Clea decides to try and help Dr. Strange by doing something about Dormammu's power. While Dr. Strange flees Mordo and his spirits, Clea frees the Mindless Ones to wreak havoc on her dimensional home, thus distracting Dormammu and his power. Forced to leave Mordo, he fights them off and Mordo loses his extra power.

Dr. Strange decides to take the fight to the heart of the sun, leading the spirits and Mordo all the way to the center. Mordo dares to follow after the spirits pull back, scared that once in the center of the sun they will be dissipated. And finally, Mordo too wimps out and leaves the chase. Dr. Strange heads back to see the Ancient One and further solve the mystery of "Eternity." Dormammu defeats the Mindless Ones and pushes them back to beyond the barrier. He wonders who betrayed him after bickering with Mordo who has once again failed to catch Dr. Strange.
